1. Commitment and scope
Momentum Gym aims to make information, registration, identification, product selection, payment and membership management perceivable, operable, understandable and robust. The commitment covers the public website, account, profile, credential, checkout and legal content under Momentum’s control.
E-commerce services are within the material scope of Spain’s Law 11/2023, although a service microenterprise exemption depends on staff and financial facts not yet verified. Exemption or not, general non-discrimination and reasonable-adjustment duties remain relevant.
2. Conformance status
This version does not claim full WCAG or harmonised-standard conformance because a complete independent audit remains outstanding. The implementation uses semantic structure, keyboard access, visible focus, labels, status messaging, language, reflow and no pre-ticked consent, but these controls still require manual validation on the final deployment.
Outstanding tests include screen reader, 400% zoom, text spacing, contrast, forced colours, form errors, authentication, payment provider, QR alternative, documents and real phones.
3. Alternatives and contact
To report a barrier or request another format, email reception@momentumgym.org, use the verified telephone once published in the Legal Notice, or ask reception. Identify the page or task, barrier and preferred format if possible; no diagnosis is required.
Momentum will provide a reasonable equivalent route, prioritise barriers preventing purchase, cancellation, entry or rights, and keep the person informed. Assisted alternatives should not cost more or collect extra data without need.
4. Preparation and monitoring
This statement is prepared through code review, automated checks and manual testing as these are completed. Each material navigation, authentication, payment or document change triggers review; issues are logged with impact, owner, correction and verification.
After a complete audit, Momentum will publish date, method, scope, conformance level and inaccessible content with its reason. A claim will never be broader than the evidence.
