1. Entry and credentials
Enter only with an active pass and personal credential. Do not share an account, QR screenshot or physical access. Show reception only the confirmation needed and never give a password. Follow opening hours, capacity, closed areas and temporary safety or maintenance instructions.
An automated denial can be reviewed at reception. Forcing doors, tailgating to bypass controls or tampering with a device may lead to a temporary measure and proportionate investigation.
2. Respect, equality and privacy
- Treat members, visitors and staff respectfully; harassment, violence, intimidation, discrimination and non-consensual sexual conduct are not tolerated.
- Do not photograph, record or publish another person without permission. Never record in changing rooms, showers, toilets or comparable areas.
- Use language, volume and space in a way compatible with others’ training and follow reasonable staff directions.
3. Equipment and training
Use equipment for its intended purpose, set pins and safety devices, keep areas clear and return items after use. Do not repair, open or improvise modifications. Report damage, spills, unsafe flooring or another hazard immediately.
Wear suitable clothing and footwear. Do not perform an activity requiring supervision when that supervision is unavailable. General guidance is not medical assessment or individual professional instruction where that is needed.
4. Health, hygiene and substances
Stop for chest pain, unusual breathing difficulty, dizziness, fainting, injury or another concerning symptom and seek help. Do not train while impaired in a way that creates risk. Violence, weapons, illegal substances and unauthorised selling are prohibited.
Clean contact points with the supplied materials, cover wounds and follow changing-area rules. Illness or injury does not justify collection of broad medical histories; reception can offer a proportionate alternative and request only strictly necessary information.
5. Emergencies and incidents
For immediate danger call 112, alert staff and follow evacuation routes and signs. Do not obstruct exits or emergency equipment. Report incidents, injuries and damage promptly so assistance can be given, evidence preserved and hazards corrected.
Help only within your competence and do not move an injured person unless there is immediate danger. Momentum records the minimum incident data and limits access.
6. Belongings, guests and consequences
Keep belongings controlled and use lockers as instructed; do not leave property after closing. Guests need authorisation and follow the same rules. Found property is handled for a reasonable period without excluding liability where the law imposes it.
For a breach, Momentum prioritises warning, pause, safe exit or proportionate suspension according to severity, repetition and risk. Serious action is recorded, reviewable and does not replace contractual refunds or statutory rights where due.
