1. Period and scope
A service contract concluded at a distance generally carries a fourteen-calendar-day withdrawal period from conclusion, without giving a reason. Withdrawal is different from stopping a future renewal and carries no penalty, apart from a legally permitted proportionate amount where immediate performance was expressly requested.
The right is not lost merely by entering once. For a service, the fully-performed exception requires express consent to start and awareness that the right is lost once the service is fully completed.
2. How to withdraw
Before the period expires, send an unambiguous statement to reception@momentumgym.org, use the account route when enabled, or deliver it at the establishment. Include name, account email, product, contract date, order reference if known and a clear statement that you withdraw. The model is optional.
Momentum acknowledges receipt in a form you can retain. Keep your sending evidence. Do not provide a password or full card data.
3. Immediate start and financial effects
If access is wanted before the fourteen days end, checkout separately requests immediate start and explains the effect. On withdrawal after start, Momentum may charge only a proportionate amount for service actually supplied, based on the total price and only where information and request requirements were met.
Any reimbursement due is made without undue delay and within fourteen days after the decision is received, using the same method unless a different no-cost method is expressly agreed. No invented administration fee or penalty applies.
4. Model statement
“To Momentum Gym, reception@momentumgym.org: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for [product], concluded on [date], order [reference]. Name: [name]. Account email: [email]. Date of notice: [date].”
Copy this into an email. A signature is needed only for paper. Momentum will not reject an otherwise unambiguous notice for a non-essential mistake where the contract can reasonably be identified.
