2. Purpose and access
The site provides gym information, displays current products and prices, enables account and profile management and, once legally and technically enabled, supports pass and membership purchases. Informational access is free; purchasing requires a verified account, sufficient profile and acceptance of the applicable terms.
Users must act lawfully, must not bypass authentication or physical-access controls, interfere with the service, or use another person’s account, credentials or QR code. Security controls do not authorise unlimited monitoring or reduce statutory rights.
3. Electronic contracting
Before purchase, the site presents the essential characteristics, total tax-inclusive price, duration, recurrence, cancellation and withdrawal rules, payment method, language and error-correction steps. General terms can be viewed, saved and printed before the order is placed.
The contract is archived with the order and evidence of the version accepted. After a valid purchase, confirmation is sent or made available on a durable medium. Browsing, silence and pre-ticked boxes are not acceptance.
4. Intellectual property and availability
Momentum’s brand, writing, design, software and original materials are protected. Viewing and the private copies needed to manage a Momentum relationship are permitted; no licence is granted to exploit, resell, alter or impersonate those materials.
Momentum may maintain, correct or temporarily suspend functions for security or maintenance. No limitation excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability for personal injury or other harm where exclusion is prohibited.
5. Law and complaints
Spanish and European Union law apply without removing mandatory protections or the consumer’s competent forum. Complaints may be sent to reception@momentumgym.org; official complaint forms are available at the establishment.
The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued in 2025, so this site does not include an obsolete ODR link. Momentum will state participation in arbitration or another ADR body only after that participation is formally verified.
